This policy applies to all games published by Ice Labs.

Your use of our Games is also subject to the Meta Supplemental Terms of Service and Supplemental Meta Platforms Technologies Privacy Policy, which you should review.

Meta Horizon Profile Information: We access and collect your Meta Horizon Profile information, which may include your profile name, username, profile picture, and avatar.
In-Game Profile and Activity Data: When you play our Games, we collect information you provide directly, such as your in-game profile name, achievements, high scores, and interactions with other users.
Communications: If you communicate with us, we will collect the content of your communications and any contact information you provide.

B. Information Collected Automatically

Device and Usage Data: We collect information about how you access and use our Games, including your in-game activity, the features you use, and the duration and frequency of your sessions.
Movement Data: Data related to the position and orientation of your headset and controllers.
Eye-Tracking Data: If you use a Meta Quest Pro and enable eye-tracking, some of our games may access abstracted gaze data. Raw image data is not collected or shared.
Natural Facial Expressions: If you use a Meta Quest Pro and enable Natural Facial Expressions, some of our games may access data about your facial expressions to animate your avatar.
Spatial Data: If our games use mixed reality features, we may, with your permission, collect data about the dimensions of your physical space.
Audio Data: If a game includes voice chat or microphone functionality, we may process audio data for communication purposes.
